such as tiny air bubbles, fine dust particles, or subtle brush marks.
These are considered normal and will not affect the overall wearability or design quality.

Some materials (such as glitter, stickers, or 3D charms) may vary slightly depending on production batches.
If certain materials become unavailable, they will be replaced with similar colors and materials of the same style to maintain the overall design consistency and aesthetic.

Each press-on nail set includes one tool kit containing:

Wooden cuticle stick
Alcohol prep pad
Adhesive tabs ×2
Nail buffer

For replacement nail pieces, please leave a note indicating:

Which finger needs replacement, or

人為碰撞或暴力損壞
自行拆除時導致的損壞
使用後超過 7 天才回報
佩戴不當（如暴力敲擊）

保養小提醒

Care Tips

正確使用可大幅延長穿戴甲的使用壽命：

避免長時間泡水或接觸清潔劑
拆除時以溫水浸泡，切勿暴力拉扯
取下後清潔甲片，陰涼處保存
重複佩戴前確認甲片背面乾淨無殘膠
建議使用本工作室果凍膠，以延長穿戴甲使用壽命

19naaaail網站上的產品圖片僅供說明之用。我們已盡力顯示產品的準確顏色，但我們無法保證任何裝置的顏色顯示都會準確反映產品的真實顏色。您訂購的產品可能與顯示的圖片略有不同。

19naaaail穿戴甲均由美甲師手工製成，每對均有細微差異，貨品以實物為準。

送貨

01｜Processing & Shipping Time

Most press-on nails are handmade after the order is placed.
Please allow approximately 1–5 days for production and shipping after purchase.
Please place your order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time ♡

02｜Returns & Exchanges

Press-on nails are considered personal hygiene products.
For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the package has been opened or used.
Thank you for your understanding.

03｜Handmade Notice

Each set is individually handmade,
so slight handmade characteristics may occur, such as:

Tiny air bubbles
Fine dust particles
Subtle brush marks

These are considered normal and will not affect the overall wearability or aesthetic quality of the design.

Every 19naaaail set undergoes quality inspection before shipment.
We value every customer’s experience, so please shop with confidence.

✓ Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing defects (air bubbles, separation issues)
Incorrect sizing significantly different from the order
Damage caused during shipping
Nail breakage under normal use

✕ Not Covered

Damage caused by impact or improper handling
Damage caused during self-removal
Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery
Improper wear or excessive force

Care Tips

Proper care can greatly extend the lifespan of your press-on nails:

Avoid prolonged exposure to water or cleaning chemicals
Soak in warm water before removal; never forcefully pull them off
Clean nail tips after removal and store them in a cool, dry place
Before reusing, ensure the back of the nail tip is clean and free of adhesive residue
We recommend using our studio’s adhesive tabs for longer-lasting wear

Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all products sold by 19naaaail (19naaaail.com).
Please read carefully before placing your order.

Product images on the 19naaaail website are for illustrative purposes only.
While we strive to display product colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product color.
The final product may vary slightly from the images shown.

All 19naaaail press-on nails are handmade by nail artists, and slight variations between each set are normal.
Actual products shall prevail.

Product prices will be displayed on the product page.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy.
However, in rare cases of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to contact you before accepting your order and provide alternative solutions.
If an order is processed under a clearly incorrect price that should reasonably have been recognized as an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

In the event of any dispute, 19naaaail reserves the final right of decision.

Shipping

After order confirmation, products will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Taiwan Post

Shipping is available to:
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please Note:

Orders are processed and shipped only on business days.
Shipping may take longer during holidays or severe weather conditions.
Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you miss the delivery, your local courier may leave contact information for redelivery arrangements.

In cases of force majeure causing shipping delays, refunds or penalties will not be provided.
However, we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
